brtools autoextend off

Dear Friends,

I'm on 6.40(50) version of brtools, I 'm trying to set autoextend off thru brtools , it is not showing option of "maintain autoextend"/"switchoff autoextend" as given in the brtools saphelp . Though "autoext" option is there but is is not making the Off condition. It is keeping the same status as "ON".

Can anybody suggest.

What exactly are you trying to do?

You cannot switch off autoextend for tablespaces.

You can however switch off autoextend for data files.

As which operating system user are you trying?

And what is your operating system by the way?

Hi,

Its is Suse Linux enterprise 9. Everything is fine , but this perticular "action" under brttols -> space management ,-> alter datafile , the said options are not available. Pl suggest as I wanted to make it off.

that's the correct user.

Now back to one of your previous posts:

 brttols -> space management ,-> alter datafile

Here you first will have to choose a filename; did you?

Then choose an action, that is 'fixsize'.

('autext' is for switching on, 'fixsize' is for switching off.)

Are these options available?
