actual revenue is coming in actual cost as -ve value

Hi Experts,

can anybody tell me, why after actual posting of revenue, that value is coming in actual cost (-ve value) in standard report . 

Where as it should to come in actual revenue column.

hello everybody,

in costelement the category is already "11".

i dont think, i sud go to ks02 t-code, as i am not using cost center,

bcoz i m posting value directly on cost element which is not connected any cost center.

is there any otherv reason for the above problem

try running CJEN...how abt ur planned revenue...is it coming correctly? or just showing in planned cost?

Hi,

check cost element category (should be 11) and check T code KS02 in control tab and unlock the revenue check box....

Check the cost element category for the revenues....it should be 11(revenue)....if not change the cost element category to 11.
