SPAM Update Failure

Hi,

I'm trying to make a SPAM-Update. First I updated SPAM/SAINT-Update to version 700/0020 successfully. After that I ran the update for SAP Basis Support Package 6. This Process hangs with status HOLD (wait for RFC).

What's going wrong?

In addition to that i have increased the number of batch processes in transaction RZ10 (parameter rdisp/wp_no_btc). There was only one batch process on my system and SPAM needs at least 2 processes if it runs in background.

Try running it in "Dialog" mode, once after another.

I have the same problem in upgrading BBPCRM I matched the version it hasdall the prerequisites.but still RDDEXCEL was put on hold it was scheduled as backgrd & dailog process too but none of it worked out.How do I solve the problem????????
