IBase in Service desk not takenby default

Hello experts, I face a starnge problem.

I have set IBase in Service desk to be taken by default, but

when I create a message from GUI it does not work.However, when I cretate the

message from UI the IBase that is installed for us (77) is taken by default as we want

Hi

A lot could depend upon how you create the supporte message from GUI

always use Menu bar-Help - create support message or by double clicking on the extreem right.

If you do so the system does set the default ibase.

Prerequites

You should have added the system in SMSY and

Please make sure that you have generated the IBase in solman

under t code : Solution_manager

Select your solution

Menu bar-

This should resolve your issue.

Hello, thank you for your reply!

All of this mentioned is done, and the partner functions are assigned and the IBASE is generated successfully.

Still zeros appear on the Ibase box. Isn't it strage that from UI is working?

Ya its a strange thing.

Please clarfiy exactly while posting issues from which system(Ecc,Sm)are you getting this error.

and in which system you are getting it right

I could not understand your UI & GUI concept.
