picking in outbound delivery

Hi experts,

Any impact if picking is deactivated in delivery? The reason is that it causes extra work for end-users, especially batch split.

It seems ok after my testing. But I want to make sure it works fine completely. U know, currently picking is activative in the production system.

ps. IM is applied. And shipment is NOT maintained. No output is from picking.

Are you unchecked the OVLP's relevant for picking?

I guess in standard without WM it wont affect anything. But if u have WM then its necessary for TO.
