Any idea about the process flow within system for issue management.
Transaction type :SLFI
I would also like to know the diff btw Issue mgmt and TOP Issue mgmt.
transaction type used are
Issue mgmt : SLFI
Top issue mgmt : SLFT

--> media library --> technical papers --> SAP Solution Manager - Issue Management ?
The ITIL term for the issue management would be the problem management. So several incidents (SLFN) have the same root cause which is an issue. Top issues are more important issues which need management attention.
It is all explained very well in the document.
