How to update the attribute value list

Hi ,

we have taxonomy table type of product hierarchy and we have attribute called 'Color' which is assigned to different to hierarchy .

there is certain values we have maintained in MDM for the color attribute like red,orange,blue.

Now I want to add one more value like 'yellow' to the value list of attribute 'Color' .

Is this possible via the MDM ABAP API ? how ?
