mrp problem

dear all

i have create one project having production wbs id. id-00034-03.

under this wbs id I create sub wbs id (id-00034-03-01,id-00034-03-02,id-00034-03-03)

w r t same material and quantity 1.

i have create wbs bom for all material with id-00034-03. for all the boms valid date is 01-06-2009. project schedule date is from 15-06-2009 to 30-07-2009.

when i run MRP wrt project ie MD51. system calculates only fg material and one assembly. actually bom is create as follows :

fg :

assly 1

assly 2

assly 3

each assembly contains 25 to 40 materials in its own bom.

but system only calculates fg material and first assembly only.

can anybody please explain where i am wrong ?

Hi,

Please checkout in the MRP view material master of the sub assembly item, what is the MRP type maintained, it should active for MRP.

Hi,

could you let me know onething, do you have only BOM which is assgined to Network activity of first level wbs with qty 1 and runnning MRP or do you have more BOMS assgined to different wbs in the heirarchy.

If so then, check the indicator heirarchy in the MD51 t-code.

if else, give the clear picture waht you are doing..
