Hi All,
We are using the SRM 5.0 ; .In the SOST for some of the user's the mail status is showing "Error"
i.e. "No delivery to the user's email address, as recipient unknown " Message no. XS802' .And for other Id's it is working fine ,only for 3 id's it's not working Checked in SU01 the mail id is maintained for all the user perfectly.
So what would be the problem please help us.

Check if the email address is also maintained for the business partners these users have.
It could be that the logic used for retrieving email data is only searching on BP level

I think the issue should be with the email IDs.
Please check again if the correct IDs are maintained.
