Archiving Purchase requisitions

Hi,

Can someone known how to delete the archiving object mm_eban?

I 've already archived that object but in the step of deletion it only read the archiving file but it didn't make the deletion. So I don't know if I must do something else or in the part of customizing I must enter a value.

In the custumizing I enter 1 day of Residence time 1 and in Residence time 2. And it archived it but don't delete it. And in the log appears a lot of prurchase requisions and in the end of the log said "Purchase requisitions read: 100000".

In the part of archive management appears: Incomplete archiving sessions (I thought it's beacause only archive it).

Hello Laura,

For deleting the requisition it should fulfill all the requirements and then and then only it will delete.

The system checks ..

1. residence time

2. Deletion indicator

3. check is if the requested qty has been ordered.

The system archives complete documents only, and only if all the items in the document fulfill the criteria for deletion.

Assume a requisition has 100 items, 99 of which satisfy the deletion criteria and one of which does not. The document will not be archived. The system only sets the deletion indicator for the 99 items.

Hi,

I have all the requirements but it doesn't delete it, only archive it. And all the requisitions have the deletion indicator.

In the delete process only read the requisitions but doesn't delete it.
