Dear Gurus.
Is it supported to use windows 2008 symbolic links for sap directories?
For examle disk E: is small local disk and "sap" folder is symbolic
link to network share ?

Have you checked installation guide for your SAP release on Win 2008? It may possible that it is mentioned in the Inst guide.

Exatcly in this link in FAQ sections you can find this one:
New features like the use of symbolic links to directories, multiple virtual hosts in failover clusters, and virtualization technology.
Also I have tested it with mklink command. The question is this technology supported fro SAP directories, like USR.
