CRM Extractor fails to extract.

G'Day everybody.

I'm Trying to run a CRM extractor '0crm_sales_act_1',

and receive the error:

'error_passed_to_mess_handler'

(When I debuged the ABAP code behind the extractor i saw that it raised an exception: 'datasource_not_supported'. because the datasource is not listed in the SMOXHEAD_S tbale - which probably holds the activated DSs)

anyway, I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Purhapse I did not do a Prior activating step, or puhapse this a known problem.

Hi Yaniv,

Please check transaction BWA5 in the CRM system. See if your datasource has a check mark in the Active column. If not, then activate it here and try the load again.

Have you activated the datasource from business content?

Go to rsa5,select the datasource and transfer it from business content to activated datasources.

You will then be able to view it in transaction rsa6.
