Dear All

My client is starting project construction. In same Project they will divide into more than one wings. for EX A wing B wing C wing.

In every wing they will have more than 3 floors.Every floor has 4 flats.

They want All Wings in the same project to see the cost of each flat and Total cost of the project.

Please Guide me how to map in sap

Hi,

This is the customer scenario project, so structure the project such a manner that you can assign the WBS element to the sales order and initiate billing process.

For example:

L1 - Project

L2 - Wings A/B/C

L3 - Flats - billing elemnt which is assigned to Sales Order

Network Activities are created for Progress tracking and milestones billing.

I agree with the above. Flat will be lower level WBS and shd be assigned to sales order, as a billing element. If you are having some specific activities within flat such as painting, furniture etc then you can have them as activities and also procure material against them. You can establish relationship between them.
