We are facing issue in SO for part number i.e.
Customer Paid Repair for SO XYZ missing service order fixing.
Service material couldn't carry out for PN#XYZ-02900R
If i add the service material manually, cost will miss and service order number won't drop.

Error is : The system cannot find the serviceable material for selected item.
Please help me resolve this issue. What i have to check and update to resolve it
