Hi

How to copy the budget from version to version.

For example, copy from budget version 202 to budget version 201. In turn from version 201 to version 0.

202 u2013 Draft version

201 u2013 Approved Version

1> How to create new budget version, pls mention the specific path and steps to create. Please mention does this needs to be a frozen version?

2> How to transfer the budget from version to version.

Hi,

To create versions:

IMG Budget Control System (BCS) -> Budgeting -> Definition of Budget Data -> Edit Versions.

Hi,

You can copy the budget from version to another with FMCYLOAD transaction.
