Can I have more than one master page? If yes,How do I assign which master page comes first.

yes, you can have several master pages....
you can control which of your pages fall on what Master Page by:
- Click on your Page in the Hierarchy View
- Click on Object tab
- Click on Pagination
- in PLACE - choose where you want this Page to fall

Let me clarify something - you currently have multiple pages and only 1 Master Page, right?
Let's say you have 3 pages(1, 2, 3) & want 2 Master Pages (A, B) - Create your master pages first...
You can assign Page 1 to have Master Page A, Page 2 to have Master Page A, and Page 3 to have Master Page B by using the suggestion above.
go to the Pagination tab of each of your pages & "PLACE" them in the appropriate content areas - i just tested it and it worked fine.
