Shopping cart with Sourcing active.

Former Member

Hi Friends,

We are in SRM 5.0, Ext Classic and sourcing is active in the system. All POs gothrough Sourcing cockpit.

Whenever we delete a PO, the Shopping cart is not appearing in the sourcing cockpit and the shopping cart has the status .."Follow-on document created". We are forced to create the new shopping cart once again.

Any help is appreciated!

Thanks!

Hi,

Also if the item is a limit item it will not go back to the sourcing cockpit this is standard behaviour.

Please also ensure the following notes are within the effected system:

SRM 4.0: 1115597, 1152412, 1252011, 1309199, 1317582, 1320029, 1321479,

1321712, 1342152

SRM 5.0: 1134786, 1164063, 1152412, 1164063, 1252011, 1309199, 1317582,

1320029, 1321479, 1321712, 1322328, 1342152

Backend 4.6C: 1123548, 1251224, 1305603, 1320044

Backend 4.70: 1123548, 1251224, 1305603, 1320044

Backend 5.00: 1123548, 1251224, 1305603, 1320044

Backend ECC 2005 ( SAP_APPL 600): 1123548, 1141690, 1251224, 1320044,

1322328

Please implement the relevent notes for your release level. And then run both CLEAN_REQREQ_UP and BBP_GET_STATUS_2 manually afterwards.

This should resolve this issue,

Kind Regards,

Lisa

Hello Lisa,

We implemented all these notes you have suggested in our Development system, it has helped to resolve the regular shopping carts, but the limit shopping carts still don't come back to sourcing when the PO is deleted.

Is there any notes specifically for limit shopping carts? Now the problem is exactly same as the one described in sap notes 803151 & 781357, but we are in SRM 5.0, sp 11.

Thanks!

Hi,

Unfortunately what you are experiencing is standard SRM system behaviour. Limit shopping carts will never come back to the sourcing cockpit.

I am sorry that I cannot provide a fix in this case as this is standard behaviour.

Kind Regards,

Lisa

Hi harsha

it is SAP SRM standard. Once follow on document created no longer sc appears in cockpit right.

Hi,

Pl. check clean_reqreq_up status report. Most of the time it is the culprit. Run it manually without putting any entries and check if it is working.

Hi Harsha,

See if the following OSS Note is helpful:

Note 1012124 - SHP not reappear in SOCO after backend PO delete

Thanks,
