Deletion of network activities

Hi Gurus,

I am facing this problem here, where the client has created a project and released the same.

Now they want to delete certain activity elements, activities, networks & WBSE.

We are able to delete the activity elements, activities and Network, but not WBSE as there are POs created for that WBSE.

To delete the networks, the bottom up approach was followed, ie. first we deleted the activity elements, then the activity and then set the status for networks as TECO, and set the deletion flag.

Now the networks and activities are gone, but the costs still exist in the project. How to

update the costs and remove the costs for the activities that have been deleted.

Pls guide.

Hi Vikasdev Sharma,

You have to short close the POs also which are still exist for WBS Elements.

Once done, run CJEN Tcode to reconstruct the PS Data base. Now try to delete WBS Elements also. if you are still facing problem, revert back !!

Hi

First reverse the GR document if you posted aganist the PO, then you delete the PO item and then PR.Then you try to delete the 3 level WBSE. For deleting 2 level WBSE first you need to remove the budget from CJ30 and the reset the status using OPSX t .code. Then remove the IM assignment from the 2 level WBSE and delete the WBSE and Project definition.
