We are currently running 2 SAP ECC 6.0 on one database (MCOD), is it possible to uninstall one of the instances without affecting the other?
can we remove only one schema in the DB?

Yes - and the corresponding database users.

Ok, how do i uninstall SAP instance in MCOD installation? through SAPinst?
is there a guide to do that?
do i have to perform something prior to the uninstallation?
