Here is the scenario:
Users connect through outside the firewall through ITS to SAP SRM,
A-gate and W-gate are on different hosts
There is a certain time needed for a packet to pass from w-gate through a-gate to SAP, how would this be taken into account when checking performance analysis in ST03?
I mean does average response time per dialog step include in someway the time needed for ITS to communicate with SAP SRM?
Is it part of the wait time or gui time? or may be front end time?
Any help would be appreciated
