Auto Assignment of SLA for Support Message

Hi Experts

I want to auto assign the SLA for the support message. For this I have maintained the service profile and reponse profile. And i am trying to create a contract using SLFV transaction. He it is asking for sold to party. In my scenario i am having multiple sold to party, should i create contract for all the sold to party?

2. I have created a contract for a sold to party with service profile and response profile, but i am getting error in pricing. i could n't release the contract please provide me the necessary input.
