Credit memo generated automatically even though user cancelling it.

When the user cancelled the credit memo then next day system generating again by batch job.

Hi,

We too faceed with the similar thing, but it is the standard functionality that if the system finds any open document (May be Credit memo request in your case) it will automatically create Credit memo in the batch job, to avoid this you palce Reason for rejection in the Credit memo request after the cancellation of Credit Memo.
