How to default the Sold-to-Party field?

Hi Gents,

How to set a default value for the fields Sold-to-party and Ibase Component ??

Every time when I a new message from the satellite system into Solman the same values have to be entered manually.

Hi,

"Sold-To Party" can be filled automatically by adding "Sold-To Party" to top level of your iBase components in tx: IB52 -> Installation 1 (enter), now select top level item in hierachy (SOL_MAN_DATA_REP), from the "goto" menu select "Partner" and enter business partner of your "Sold-To Party".

In customizing goto "Define Partner Determination Procedure" and select your transaction types partner schema (for instance SLFN0001 or SLFC0001). On the left double click on "partner functions in procedure".

In field "Access sequence" enter "0018 SAP Service: Determination via IBase......"

The value for IBase component should be selected by default when the message is created. This requires the ibase component for the system the message is created in to be generated. This can be achieved by aut. generation of ibase components via SMSY or by transaction IB_GEN.
