While saving contract I am getting Run time Error: Assertion_Failed.

Short Text is: The Assert condition is violated.

Trigger location of Run time error:

Module type: METHOD

Module name: NEW ASSIGNMENT

THE ABOVE MESSAGE WAS SHOWN AS RUNTIME ERROR.

I used BP as Landlord with vendor account and i assigned V100-Credit basic rent.

Please give me the solution for this.....highly appreciated for the solution.
