page orinetation probelm

Hello everybody

i have create a page format name z_test with the 65 Rows and 132 Column

and Page Orientation is Portrait. I have also applied this format

to output device SWIN. when i assign the format to the Output device SWIN,

what and how should set the attribute/format like

printer initialization

reset after exit

cover page

etc.

If i dont set any of them,and take a print out. it print blank page and in SAPLPD the message shows that set_orient: ResetDC failed, can not change orientation

then please suggest me how to take printout in Portrait orientation

Hi,

The Basis People will create the Page format and assign to the device type. So pleace contact u r Basis Team.

they have already done all the things. Now only problem is that

The assignment of fotmat to the O/P device will also done by Basis tem.

the SAPLPD.log file contains the log

set_orient: ResetDC failed, can not change orientation

what is means that? How to solve the same?
