Hi,

After creation of sales order for a customer if the customer does not want to take ,can it be possible same order should Replaced to other customer name.please give me the solution how to do in the system?

If there is no subsequent document against that sale order, you can very well change the sold to party.

Hi,

Goto VA02 and change the number in Sold to party with the desired new customer number then system will give some infomation messages that taxes and pricing is redetermined just accept them.

Note :System will accept these changes only for the sales orders whose delivery and invoice is not created.

Hi,

Its not possible to change the SP after order creation. Create a new order after cancelling that.

In that case , that particular Order will be closed by giving Reason of Rejection and the material which is assigned to that Sales order will be de-assigned from this order & then assign with newly created Order.

In this newly Created Order , you can give the New Customer No. & can run the Sales Cycle.

you cannot change the customer.

you have to delete the line item and cancel the sales order and then you have to create new sales order to the new customer.
