.Net Connector 2.0.1 connection problem

Hi,

I'm connecting .Net to SAP without any problems when using .Net Connector 1.1.

But when upgrading to 2.0.1 I receive an error "user or password not correct" when adding a application server in the server explorer.

I'm able to login using the default SAP gui.

It doesn't matter if I use "Custom Logon Settings" or "SAPLOGON.INI based Logon Settings".

I'm using correct sysnr and client.

Please advise...

NCo 2.0.1 is case sensitive in regards of passwords. This is a change from 1.x and 2.0.0. If your backend is not case sensitive, enter the password all UPPERCASE.

Check if the user id is having proper permissions for accessing. Also check if all the services are properly running in the r/3 end ( Check with the basis admin).

I have also undergone very similar problem and got rectified after basis admin started few services in the r/3 side.
