Regarding SAP Script

hi SAP Gurus,

In ME22N , after clicking on Print Preview , a script ZMML0071 is been displayed in Pre-Printed Format.

But, now i have to modify it to a print in A4 paper,

I am new to SAP Script, can anyone help me plz ,

can a new smartform can be called instead of previous script,

Hi,

Go to Script.

In u r from goto Basic Setting. Here u can change the Page format as 'DINA4'.

When ever u change the page format u can change the Width and Height of the Windows.

Hi

You can change the page format and Orientation in Basic settings of the form, but then you may have to customize few page windows.

To attach a new Script or Smartform you need to change the value of your Output control in NACE transaction.

NACE->Select application EF(or as required)->Output Type

Select your Output type and click Processing Routine. There you can find you form and driver program attached.

You can find your output type in Message details in ME22N.

Hi,

You can change the page format setting of script ZMML0071 to DINA4 and select potrait format.

Or else you can migrate the existing script ZMML0071 to Smartform.

Hi,

1.Goto Smartforms Transaction and give the new SMARTFORM name in the FORM field.

2.select MENU item 'Utilities-->Migrate SAPscript Form' opens a Pop-up.

3.here give the SAPscript name & Language in Source Form & press enter.
