I am trying to activate debugging on the J2EE Server so that I can debug a Web dynpro application. When I try to turn on debugging from within SAP Netweaver Studio developer for the J2EE server, the option to turn on debugging for the process is not available (greyed out). I went to Visual Administrator and for the J2EE server, it shows that debug mode is turned off and that DEBUGGABLE = NO.
How can I change the status to DEBUGGABLE = YES so that I can then enable debugging?
Running WebAS = 6.40
J2EE = 1.4.2
Hi,
You can change debug mode in config tool..

Hello,
Launch the configtool,select the server node and select the debuggable option and restart.
Hope it helps.
