DMS for Travel Management

Hi All,

Our requirement is to upload the files (.doc, pdf ) with reference to Personnel No & Trip No in Travel Management so that it can be viewed travel module with reference Trip No and Per No.

How can we achieve this. with the help of DMS or some other way out ?

option-1.

you have to go for Archivelinking. and then u can use OAWD to upload documents.

u cna see in PR05 environment--HRmaster DATA, here u have opttion to display Fascimiles. from this u can see those documents which u upladed.

option-2,

you have to create Z-objects and new screen. this is for SAP DMS configuration.

i think better option is 1.
