Username Dissapears after the Shopping cart is routed to Pocurement

Username Dissapears after the Shopping cart is routed to Pocurement.

This problem occurs only in production and doesnt occur in quality and Dev systems.

There is a username column of who created the SC when routed to cock pit for procurement

This colum is empty for that user,This is user specific and is happening only in production for that

user.

Please suggest how we can rectify this.

Hi,

Could you please check whether firstname and last name maintained for the user in SU01D.
