RFC to get Employee Ethnic origin and Reporting Manager

Is there any Standerd RFC or BAPI available to get Employee Ethnic origin and Reporting Manager

Hi Srinivas

I think there is no std RFC or BAPI to get employee ethnic origin.Check out the below link once.

For reporting Manager check out this FM

I think there are FM's something like HR_stru_get_Manager &

HRCM_ORGUNIT_MANAGER_GET.

I am not sure please check with HR guy
