Hi

I am facing an issue in Sales Order

When attempting to get SAP to source part from plant X050, we receive an error and it will not populate information into sales order.

Parts are available in the warehouse.

Error is

No substitution for item 0020141531/000050 with "rules immediately"

Message no. /SAPAPO/ATP094

Error in calling up function 'BAPI_APOATP_CHECK'

in APO server 'P04CLNT200': connection closed (no

data)

Please suggest me why it is coming and what is the solution to resolve this issue.

Pls confirm ASAP.

If you can help to get solution or next action to solve this kind of proble pls assist.

What should i do in SAP system OR what i should confirm to USer for resolution?

The said note indicates that the error will come if there is some program error for which, you need apply the note which your basis team can do. Please ask your basis team to update the note given above so that your problem will be solved.

The problem is only selection of one perticular material/plantselction, Not for all materials.
