LSMW for XD02

Hi Expert,

When I perform recording for XD02 to update email address in General Data. The target fileds below capture:

BDC_CURSOR SZA1_D0100-TITLE_MEDI

ADDR1_DATA-LANGU

SZA1_D0100-SMTP_ADDR

When I do my field mapping I only do for for below. Same goes to my source file only contain info for below:

RF02D-KUNNR

RF02D-BUKRS

RF02D-VKORG

RF02D-VTWEG

RF02D-SPART

SZA1_D0100-SMTP_ADDR

But the problem is when I execute LSMW the existing info for NAME1, POST_CODE1, COUNTRY and LANGU are become blank in Master Data. Please advise as I only need to change the email address (SZA1_D0100-SMTP_ADDR) and the rest of the existing data should be remain unchanged.

Hi Mini Black,

If u just willing to update the email field of some customer, i guess u can use CATT, or MASS. which is easy and fast. Rather u can use XD99 T-code for customer mass update.

hello, friends.

pardon me for commenting... although i have yet to check raja singh's suggestion, i rather like it because it's simple... and you can use "cut and paste" from an Excel file. of course, the volume of transactions would affect the practicality of such.

You can record the LSMW for XD02 and check the box of centralised adddress management
