Setup Activity

i have no place left for setup activity at standard value key, all 6 are exhausted.in work center but still i want to carry a setup matrix using setup group. If i CIF it to APO, ther will be no setup activity in PPM. But i do want to carry setup scheduling and cahngeover setup in DS Optmiser. Is it posible and if so how?

Hi Prashanth,

As per SAP standard process, set up activity is required to maintain the set up matrix and setup group and inturn to carry out scheduling in DS planning board. Without set up activity defined, scheduling cannot be carried out on set up lines.

You can try out incorporating customised standard value keys and incorporate in work center.
