Hi Friends
What is the diff between ITS, BSP and Webdynpro
Thanks & regards
Kanni.
Hello,
1. ITS Internet Transaction Server: provides the Webenabling technology.
Due to the technical differences between the specific EBP transactions in the background and the
Internet browser as user interface, a special program is needed to connect the two systems. This is
achieved with the SAP Internet Transaction Server (ITS), which is one of the basic modules in Web
Basis. The SAP ITS acts as a gateway between the Web server and the SAP systems.
SAP ITS consists of two main components u2013 the WGate (Web gateway) and the AGate
(application gateway).
2. BSP & Webdynpro: Web representation of business applications.
SRM 7.0 is using Webdynpro whereas SRM 5.0 uses Business Server Pages(BSP). SUS still uses BSP.
