MRP for WBS element

Hi gurus,

I have creted project through cj20n. than i attached different raw and semifinished material under different wbs element.Now production pepole run mrp for perticular wbs element. after mrp run i change my bom of one of the semifinish material and give rev.01. than how can i know wether mrp is run for that wbs element after revision in bom of semifinish material. Can any report available which give on which date mrp is run on wbs element.

Hi

yes you can check with t code MD05 it will show you the last MRP run of the particular material which used on the WBS element.

You can use CS83 to check the BOM change documents based on the WBS element.

Whenever you cange a BOM....provide the revision level text in 'sort string' section which you should be able to see in the planned order. It helps to track the revised BOM components to be seen in a planned order. Also ensure that the firming indicator is not set in a planned order otherwise changes won;t get transferred.

Date of creation of plan order will indicate the MRP run . MD4C may also help you.
