No approval workflow found - deleted item from holding Shopping Cart

Hi All,

I am receiving an error message "No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator" when I am trying to Order Shopping Cart from hold Shopping Cart.

I am doing the following steps:

Step 1: I created a Shopping Cart with 5 Items and 3rd item has zero value.

Step 2: I kept on hold of this Shopping Cart.

Step 3: I reopened this Shopping Cart from Shopping Cart check Status and went into Change mode.

Step 4: Deleted the 3rd item (ahich has 0 value) and continued to order this Shopping Cart.

SRM gave me an error message "No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator".

I am working on SRM 4.0 and Extended Classic Scenario.

Kind Note: I don't have any problem while creating Shopping Cart with deleting an item from holding Shopping Cart and other Scenarios. I activated Work flow related to Delete Posistion (Item) to check and still getting error message.

Hi,

I think it is workflow start condition customize issue.

What is the test result when you create a SC with same 4 items without deleting item ?
