Probem in Interactive Planning due to SAP GUI 710

Hi:

We have SCM 5.0 and since we upgraded or SAP GUI to 710 we have been having a few problems in APO. One of them is When we choose specific Characteristics in the Header Information Settings - such as Location or Ship-to though we get the KF filtered for the characteristic values, the label instead of displaying those specific values still remains as 'Total'. Ex. if we choose to display the KF for say, a specific material A, the KF value displayed will be for A, but the lable in the 'Header Info Setting' instead of displaying A, displays 'Total'.

Could someone help pl?

Hello Narayanan,

Issues with SAP GUI generally are solved with its update till the latest version available.

Check on the market place whether you are using the last patch available for GUI 710.

In case it solves your issue please close this message, otherwise you may check if there is any note created for this issue.
