Excise invoice error

Any solution for error "The report can only be printed for dates which fall in the same month Message no. 8I623" while creating excise invoice.

Can you please reconfirm that the error message system throws when you create an excise invoice ??

Im trying to create excise invoice by T- J1IIN. Excise invoice for factory sale, click on 'From billing', my billing document no is coming there and also the posting date is coming which is todays date ( i have created billing doc for todays date), also sub transaction type is there which took 1.

But after that as I click on enter systme gives the msg that "The report can only be printed for dates which fall in the same month Message no. 8I623"

and Im unable to proceed further.

Dear Arveen,

This is not an error, you have entered date of different months during taking the excise report. as per law you are going to pay the excise department for the month. So SAP made it mandatory that you enter the same month date while taking the reports.
