Pint catalog basics

Hi,

what are all the essential components for print catalog, I have console, import manager, data manager and syndicator is there anything more i need to install for print publication. Iam doing a POC for print catalog so what are all the things i need to install. Iam using MDM 5.1.

You will also need the Layout Server and Publisher in order to do print publishing.

Publisher is the main component needed for print publishing (setting up layouts).

The Layout Server provides the connection between Publisher and the MDM Server containing the data.

If you want to publish to a third-party software (Adobe InDesign) you will also need that software along with the associated MDM plug-in.

For publication, Family table in the repository is Must. Please make sure you have families table in the repository in addition to above mentioned things.
