Error Creating PPM when capacity is maintained in the scheduling Tab

In the work center in CR03, you can have 2 capacities, 1 Created in the capacity tab here 2 Created in CR13 and assigned in the scheduling tab in the workenter.

If I have only capacity created in workcenter, I am able to CIF PPM but if the second capacity is assigned in the scheduling tab I am getting error in the CIF with the errors

1 Tick not maintained in the transportation table

2 Could not find entry in the table /SAPAPO/PLANACT and /SAPAPO/MODE.

My understanding is the above tables would be filled when PPM is created. Therefore I think issue is on ECC side.

Can some one help in understanding?

My question is :--

What is the significance of the capacity assigned in the scheduling tab and what is the difference between these capacities?

Hi Pradeep,

1) For CIFFING ppm, if you are having any secondary resource as a capacity constraint, you need to maintin those values. ie CR13 is for creating pool of capacities, In scheduling tab what we are assigning is the secondary constraint as a resource with its capacities.

2) The tables /SAPAPO/PLANACT & /SAPAPO/MODE corresponds to activity and mode details of the secondary resource which is missing in your case.

Please maintain those values and recif ppm and try.
