Create order with reference

Dear All,

After we create a sales order with reference to a quotation, since after screen is shown in edit mode, users can delete the lines in the sales order, inherited from the quotation that makes the reference meaningless.

Is there a way to prevent this ?

Why they do so? If the user is not required to change the order then u can limit it by removing the authorization for VA02 just give authorization for VA03.

Hi

This is not avout changing the order, it is about first creation. If you try to create an order with reference after referecence selection new sales order is open in front of user in edit mode. Here they can delete the lines inherited from reference.

Hi There,

As i suggested in my previous post u can achieve this by applying User exits in the program MV45AFZZ - USEREXIT_FIELD_MODIFICATION or USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT

For this u have two options.....

1, You can do this via Screen variant,...... SHD0 T-code

2. U can do this by User Exit in MV45AFZZ......
