Assigned overall values in S_ALR_87013558 report

Good Evening!

In the budget reports (T code:S_ALR_87013558), Assigned overall = Actual overall + Commitment overall .

Taxes and duties are included in assigned over all value or not ?

Hello All,

I got the answer for this, in Both Actual overall, Commitment overall , taxes and duties are included.

as a result in Assigned overall also contains taxes and duties.

in actual overall only those cost are included which are not getting back from government

eg. CENVAT, excise.

only cost loaded on material and services will be the part of actual cost.

Hi Hari,

taxes and duties are not included in Overall actual. those entries hit different GL.
