Auto GR function in SRM Marketplace

This approach is to provide a new functionality in Marketplace to select shopping carts ordered by the Retail organization out of the Retail Internal Catalogs to be automatic goods receipt based on existing IR quantity waiting for GR in the backend ECC R/3.

Retail POs must already exist in ECC R/3 with IRs in posted or parked in saved as completed status with quantity variance block and no GR yet.

Friends can you please give your suggestions on this, if you have any of your views onthis.

Currently i thinking of taking the data from SRM and then pass them to RFC FM containg BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE with movement type '101'.

If you have any other views on this or any other solutions, please help !!!

Created a new program by calling to R/3 using R/3 FM.

Hi,

In SRM you can create a Z program . This program would read the history status of shopping carts using FM bbp_pd_sc_gethistory. If the cart has invoice but no confirmation, then it should post automatic confirmation using FM - bbp_cf_automatic.
