How to find out if a trip is 'Posted/transfered to FI'

Hi,

Suppose we have a trip no. and PERNR, how can we find out it the trip is 'Posted/transfered to FI' status or not - in a program.

Will this status be updated in some table ?

Go to SE16. Table PTRV_PERIO. Put the trip number and execute. Here in the field "FI Transfer- UEBRF" you can find the details

Use Tcode : PRAP to get the trip posting status.

Try to find out the details using this functional module "BAPI_TRIP_GET_DETAILS" which give u the details which you are looking for.

You can check for the status in this report :

S_AHR_61016405 - General Trip Data/Totals/Receipts/Cost Assignment

Check for status column field FI Transfered. these are the possible status values.

Not Posted to Financial Accounting

1 Posted to Financial Accounting

2 Posting to Financial Accounting Canceled

3 Cancellation Posted to Financial Accounting
