XI postinstallation steps-Error

Hi all,

Im new to XI administration.I've been assigned with Post Installation Activities on the same.While I was accessing the wizard for post-installation activies> under the column PIpostInstall Activities>Install-->

Im getting the error at step no 5: Execute SWF_XI_BPM_AUTO_CUSTOMIZE

state: Import not Successful

Message : Element 'SWF_XI_BPM_AUTO_CUSTOMIZE':Connect to SAP gateway failed

Connect_PM  TYPE=A ASHOST=pspdxit SYSNR=00 GWHOST=pspdxit GWSERV=sapgw00 PCS=1

LOCATION    CPIC (TCP/IP) on local host with Unicode

ERROR       max no of 100 conversations exceeded
