I have activated ALM for XI errors. I defined a new alert category in XI Client (101) and done settings in RWB for the alert category.
Although i set XI client as 101 with PIRWBUSER in RuntimeWorkBench for
com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.r3.client -->101
com.sap.aii.rwb.serviceuser.name --> PIRWBUSER
alerts were created in client 001 . Why it is client 001?
When I goto SLG1 of client 001, also the error message says "Alert has no recipients" but I have already set "fixed recipients"
