Hi,
As per the iview shown on the tray, there is box button on the right hand corner, and also on the detailed navigation side, where we can minimize the iview. The external users using the portal, click this button accidentanly, so they tend to see a blank screen. I would like to know, if there is a way, that this button can be disabled, since we wouldn't like to remove the tray completely.
Thanks and Regards,
Ashok

Hi,
Try setting "Show collapse/minimize button" property to "NO" for the iView.
All the best.

HI,
I don't think we can disable the collapse property alone and keep the options menu in the tray.
