sd cusomizing for TCS India

hi all

can some body provide guide lines for SD customizing for TCS configuraion. we've applied OSS note 1168591

but the customizing part is not clear. we're stuck up at account release. its giving Message 'FICORE704"Tax code in procedure TAXINN is invalid" . how to go about this?
